General Committee of Adjustment CP West
The solidarity and commitment of TCRC Division 322 members were on full display at the picket line in Medicine Hat. Members gathered to show their unity and strength, standing together for their rights and the future of their work.
One of the most inspiring moments captured during this demonstration involved Brother Robert Mitchell, a member who has been fighting an incredibly tough battle against stage 4 inoperable brain cancer. Despite his condition, Brother Mitchell has not only made it to the picket line but has done so twice already, demonstrating a level of courage and dedication that embodies the spirit of our union.
In the attached image, Brother Mitchell is seen in his wheelchair, surrounded by his fellow Teamsters. His presence on the picket line serves as a powerful reminder of the unbreakable bonds that tie us together as a union. His determination to participate, despite his personal struggles, is a testament to the strength of the human spirit and the collective power of solidarity.
The images below capture moments of unity and determination among the members of Division 322. Together, we stand strong, not just for ourselves but for each other, inspired by the example of brothers like Robert Mitchell.
Let us continue to draw inspiration from the strength and resilience of our members as we fight for what is right. Solidarity forever!
